Guided by the event organizers, the guests visited core production areas in sequence, including the raw material warehouse, cooking workshop, and Class 100,000 clean inner packaging workshop, before arriving at the focal point of the ceremony—the double-spiral tower quick-freezing production line. As Ms. Jinlei Li, Chairperson of Baisheng Food, and Mr. Fangxiao Cheng, President of Liuzhou Luosifen Association, jointly unveiled the red cloth for the new line, the new production line with a total investment of nearly 6 million yuan and an area of 720 square meters was officially put into operation.
The guests learned from the on-site explanation that the production line can effectively lock in moisture and flavor of food ingredients, achieving "instant freezing and freshness locking". At the same time, the line integrates automated cutting and portioning, nano-bubble cleaning, pasteurization and other equipment, increasing production capacity by 3 to 5 times with the same number of staff. Compared with traditional freezing technology, IQF technology realizes rapid freezing through the double-spiral tower quick-freezing line, avoiding ice crystal damage to the food structure and ensuring that the thawed products are as close to fresh as possible. The PLC touch screen control system equipped on the production line lays the foundation for AI digital management to be realized in June 2026, which will further improve production efficiency and quality control accuracy in the future.
After the tour, the event entered the tasting session. The organizer specially set up a product tasting area, inviting guests to taste a variety of core products, including chilled Luosifen, snail duck feet pot, Lipu taro braised pork, and more.
